Rotary vane vacuum pump is a kind of mechanical vacuum pump with oil seal, which is one of the most basic vacuum equipment in vacuum technology. The rotary vane vacuum pump can remove the dry gas in the sealed container, and a certain amount of condensable gas can also be pumped out if there is a gas ballast device. It is strictly forbidden to drop foreign matters into the pump. 5. Remove the protective cover and V-belt and rotate the pump pulley 2-3 times by hand to check whether the rotation is normal. Before switching on the power supply, it is necessary to check whether the power supply voltage, cycle and phase number meet the requirements of the motor nameplate. After the power supply is turned on, the rotation direction of the motor and the pump shall be the same. Install the V-belt guard. 6. Screw off the oil filling plug on the oil tank cover and fill the oil tank with vacuum oil until the oil level reaches the center line of the oil gauge. When the room temperature is too low in winter, the oil must be heated to 15 ℃ before injection. After oil injection, screw the plug. When the pump is in normal operation, the oil level in the oil tank shall be kept at the oil level line and shall not exceed. Also adopt the way of injecting vacuum oil from the suction port. The clean vacuum oil will clean the parts in the lubricating pump to make it run faster and faster. 7. After the installation, the pump should be cleaned around. The outside of the pump and motor must be wiped clean. Maintenance methods should always check the oil level and oil contamination (once a week is recommended). If the oil level is too low, stop the rotary vane vacuum pump and add appropriate vacuum pump oil to 4 / 5 of the oil window height. If the oil is contaminated, the oil will be released
