1、 Solution to oil leakage of slide valve vacuum pump

1. Oil leakage: check the shaft seal, seal parts, adjust or replace.

2. Noise: abnormal noise: check whether there are foreign matters falling into the pump cavity, bearing and pump drive parts are damaged. Remove, trim and replace.

3. Fuel injection: there is a large amount of oil ejected: check whether the oil level is too high, if it is too high, let it out; check whether the oil baffle assembly and anti fuel injection parts are in good condition.

4. Vibration of blind plate valve: the vibration is very large: check whether the base is well padded and tight, and whether the foundation is sufficient. If there are early signs of occlusion and jamming, adjust.

5. Abnormal pump temperature, bearing heating: slightly loosen the belt, check whether the oil circuit is smooth and whether the cooling water is enough. The fuel tank is hot and the exhaust valve is overheated: reduce the inlet pressure and increase the cooling water volume

6. Seizure: check whether there are foreign matters falling in, whether the parts are in good condition, whether the lubrication is sufficient, and whether the oil volume, oil circuit and oil pump are in good condition.

7. Electric shutter valve motor current is too large or fuse is blown: check the cause of excessive current, check the fuse capacity, adjust and replace.

2、 The vacuum degree of hard seal butterfly valve is not high

1. The pump has leakage.

2. Oil box hole suction, oil mist: clean oil filter, check oil pipe, oil pump.

3. Pump oil pollution: open the air valve to run for 1-2 hours or longer, or replace with new oil.

4. Insufficient oil and low oil level: add oil.

5. Too high oil temperature: increase water, reduce the ambient temperature and the temperature of inhaled gas, eliminate the occlusion and poor lubrication.

6. Exhaust valve plate damage: replace valve plate.

7. Exhaust valve spring damaged: replace.

8. Pump parts wear, abnormal sound, abnormal power: overhaul and repair the rotating parts.
