Therefore, the temperature of condensate should also be lower than the temperature of the rated power of the motor to ensure the normal operation of the pump shell.

If the nozzle is not installed correctly, no matter what preventive measures are taken, it is difficult to avoid nozzle blockage. On the one hand, because of the installation of the steam pipeline, the iron filings in the pipeline sediment will block the nozzle; On the other hand, when the vacuum pump system software stops running, the steam pipeline is very easy to rust, and rust occurs when the plug nozzle is applied.

In the liquid steel treatment mode, the liquid steel will release a lot of vapor, and some fine air oxidation powder coating and other small particles will continue to be sucked into the vacuum pump. This small particle will deposit and adhere to the pump shell, thus reducing the total flow of the pipeline, increasing the underwater concrete time of the pump and reducing the underwater concrete effect of the pump.
