1. The turning of vacuum pump is not smooth

The reason of this kind of condition is that it is not used for a long time, which causes rust on the end face of the disc or the scaling of pump cavity caused by high water temperature. The elimination method is to fill the pump cavity with 10% oxalic acid for about 30 minutes, and then loosen the pump cover before turning, or reduce the fouling coefficient of the working fluid.

2. The motor of vacuum pump is not running normally

If the motor is lack of phase, check whether the power connector falls off; if the voltage is abnormal, check the power supply voltage; if the AC contactor is damaged, replace the AC contactor.

3. The walking sound of vacuum pump is abnormal

Generally, it is caused by the working fluid filling the pump cavity when starting. At this time, open the drain outlet to discharge part of the working fluid in the pump, which can be reduced by a part.

4. Vacuum pump cannot form vacuum

This situation is caused by two reasons. One is that there is no working fluid, so check the supply of working fluid; the other is steering error. At this time, it is only necessary to correct the steering.

5. The vacuum degree of vacuum pump is low

If the pumping rate is low due to the small pump selection, the pump with higher pumping speed should be replaced; if the supply of working fluid is insufficient, the supply should be increased; if the temperature of working fluid is too high, the temperature should be reduced; if the system has air leakage, it is necessary to check and stop the leakage; if the disc or impeller is corroded, the round wheel or impeller should be checked and replaced.

6. The current of water ring vacuum pump is too large

Check whether it is caused by the high upward pipeline of the drainage pipe. If it is caused by the excessive supply of working fluid, it is necessary to reduce the supply of working fluid.

7. Mechanical seal leakage of vacuum pump

Generally, it is caused by dry running pump without injection of working fluid and coolant. At this time, it is necessary to replace the mechanical seal and change the operating procedures.
