The vacuum degree is low, which is not only due to the structural constraints, but also to the saturation vapor pressure of the working solution. When water is used as working fluid, the limit pressure can only reach 2000 ~ 4000Pa, and when oil is used as working fluid, it can reach 130pa.


In short, as the water ring pump gas compression is isothermal, it can be pumped out flammable, explosive gas. Since there is no exhaust valve and friction surface, the dust gas, condensable gas and gas water mixture can be removed. With these outstanding characteristics, although it is inefficient, it is still widely used.
