The rotary vane vacuum pump can set the upper and lower limits of the required vacuum degree. When the pump reaches the upper limit of vacuum degree, it will stop automatically. When the true empty degree drops to the lower limit value, the pump will start automatically. The oil level of rotary vane vacuum pump needs to be checked regularly. To check the oil level of the rotary vane vacuum pump, the oil level should be in the center of the oil gauge of the rotary vane vacuum pump. If the oil level is too low, it can not seal the exhaust valve and affect the vacuum degree; if the oil level is too high, it will cause fuel injection when starting. Pay attention to the following items during operation.

Before running the rotary vane vacuum pump, take off the V-belt first, and then start the motor after turning and correcting, so as to avoid fuel injection. During operation, the oil level rises slightly, which is a normal phenomenon. When the oil quantity is insufficient, vacuum pump oil is used and added from the oil filling hole. The oil needs to be filtered to prevent impurities from entering and blocking the oil hole.

If a solenoid valve is installed at the pump port of the rotary vane vacuum pump, it should act with the pump at the same time. When the rotary vane vacuum pump starts to start, the start button should be pressed once or twice to make the oil pressure in the pump chamber reach the oil tank, and then start the pump formally. When the ambient temperature is high, the oil temperature of rotary vane vacuum pump will increase, the viscosity will decrease, and the saturated steam will increase, which will cause the limit vacuum to drop. If there is more condensable steam in the suction gas of rotary vane vacuum pump with gas ballast valve.

Before stopping the rotary vane vacuum pump, the valve at the suction port should be closed to isolate from the vacuum system, and then the pump should be stopped. The limit vacuum of the rotary vane vacuum pump should be checked. The compression type vacuum gauge should be used. The vacuum gauge should be directly connected with the pump port of rotary vane vacuum pump. The limit vacuum will be reached within 30 minutes of operation. Before starting, check whether the cooling water of the water cooling pump can be connected. When the ambient temperature is low, the belt pulley can be moved by hand to drain the oil in the pump cavity into the oil tank. Then press the motor button to power on, pay attention to whether the power direction can be reversed and whether the pump rotation direction can be correct.

At the same time, the rotary vane vacuum pump can also adjust the vacuum degree needed in actual work, and can set and display the vacuum degree (negative pressure) value in real time through the integrated digital LCD panel; the vacuum pump flow can be adjusted; the rotary vane vacuum pump is equipped with high-sensitivity imported sensor, high-quality flow regulating valve and precise control circuit to complete the "automatic adjustment" Function, greatly saving developers' time and energy; rotary vane vacuum pump has built-in low-interference, long-life micro vacuum pump; with the special noise reduction system and independent damping system of the micro air pump, the intelligent vacuum pump can work for a long time, low noise and reliability; the core component is a micro vacuum pump, so the central vacuum equipment inherits the micro vacuum pump, which is oil-free and pollution-free, The advantages of continuous 24-hour operation, belonging to the name of the dry vacuum pump, so no maintenance, no need to add lubricating oil and vacuum pump oil; AC 220 V power supply, plug and play.
