An eccentric rotor with fixed blades is installed in the water ring vacuum pump. The water (liquid) is thrown to the stator wall. The water (liquid) forms a liquid ring concentric with the stator. The liquid ring and the rotor blade form a variable volume rotary variable volume vacuum pump. In the water ring pump, the auxiliary exhaust valve is a special structure. Rubber ball valve is generally used. Its function is to eliminate the phenomenon of over compression and insufficient compression during the operation of the pump. Both of these phenomena will cause excessive power consumption. Because the water ring pump has no direct exhaust valve, and the exhaust pressure is always fixed, the compression ratio of the water ring pump is determined by the end position of the air inlet and the starting position of the exhaust port. However, these two positions are fixed, so they are not suitable for the change of suction pressure.


In order to solve this problem, rubber ball valve is generally set under the exhaust port, so that when the pump cavity reaches the exhaust pressure too early, the ball valve will automatically open and the gas will be discharged, thus eliminating the phenomenon of over compression. Generally, in the design of water ring pump, the minimum suction pressure is used to determine the compression ratio, so as to determine the starting position of the exhaust port, so as to solve the phenomenon of insufficient compression.


The check valve of the water ring vacuum pump is a one-way valve. When the pump is stopped, the vacuum of the vacuum pipeline is higher than the pump cavity, and the gas will enter the pump cavity from the exhaust port, and the water pressure will be transferred to the vacuum pipeline. The check valve is used to prevent water from entering the pipeline. Water ring vacuum pump with check valve is mainly used for protection. 1、 Protection system.


At the moment of pump failure, the vacuum pump inlet and the system connection are in vacuum state. The pump outlet is generally connected with the atmosphere, and the pressure will bring water into the system and destroy the system vacuum. In order to protect the system, a check valve is usually installed at the pump inlet and system connection.


2、 Protect the vacuum pump itself.


In order to protect the pump body and other equipment, a check valve is usually installed at the pump outlet.


Now more and more units install the check valve at the outlet, which can protect the pump and system. If the system requirements are strict, there are also two check valves, the check valve plays a check role. Since the vacuum pump is in a vacuum state after the vacuum pump is turned off, and the pressure in the vacuum pump cavity is the same as that of the surrounding environment. Due to the pressure difference, when we close the vacuum pump, the air of the vacuum pump will be reversed to the evacuated container. If we install a check valve at the pipe and close the check valve before closing the vacuum pump, the pump chamber will be closed The air will not be poured back into the pumped container. At the moment of stopping the pump, the pressure at the exhaust port is greater than that at the air inlet. In order to prevent the water in the water ring pump from being pressed back into the vacuum system, a check valve, also known as a check valve or check valve, is added at the air inlet.


Water ring pump was initially used as self suction pump, and then gradually used in petroleum, chemical, machinery, mining, light industry, medicine and food and many other industrial sectors.
