To understand the cause of the middle ring vacuum pump stuck, we must first understand the structure of the vacuum pump. The vacuum pump is composed of the vacuum pump body (cylinder body, rotor), oil tank, oil pipe, coupling, motor (motor) and other parts. We often mention rotary vane vacuum pump, there are oil vacuum pump and oil-free vacuum pump.
Oil vacuum pump is lubricated by vacuum pump oil. Vacuum pump oil not only plays a role in lubrication, but also plays a sealing role in rotary vane vacuum pump. The pressure and flow rate of vacuum pump depend on the normal operation of vacuum pump oil. When the vacuum pump oil is running, the vacuum pump oil in the oil tank is carried to the pump body through the vacuum pump oil pipe. After running in the pump body, the vacuum pump oil will return to the oil tank through the oil return pipe. Because the temperature of the vacuum pump will reach 70-105 degrees, part of the vacuum pump oil will become oil and gas. As the tail gas is discharged to the exhaust port, it will come down through the oil mist separator (exhaust filter) without failure, It flows back to the vacuum pump tank. To ensure that the vacuum pump will not be stuck due to lack of oil, we must ensure that the vacuum pump oil quantity is sufficient, the pipeline is unobstructed, the vacuum pump oil is not emulsified, does not produce sludge, and can flow in the vacuum pump.
How can we prevent the vacuum pump from jamming due to lack of oil
1. Change the vacuum pump oil regularly. According to the different industries and the quality of the vacuum pump oil, different replacement cycles are formulated. Generally speaking, the oil should be replaced once every 700-3000 hours. At the same time, the puxu vacuum pump oil filter should be replaced. Note that the vacuum pump oil should be completely replaced every time the vacuum pump oil is replaced, not just added.
2. Clean the oil pipe of vacuum pump regularly.
3. Regularly replace the oil mist separator of vacuum pump, commonly known as the exhaust filter, to prevent the vacuum pump oil from discharging into the vacuum pump with the tail gas, resulting in the reduction of vacuum pump oil.
