What are the common problems of vacuum pump control cabinet? How to solve this problem? Do you all know?


1. Reverse liquid level control


Phenomenon: when the water supply (drainage) tank has overflowed (no water), the control cabinet starts to work, while there is no water (the water collecting tank is full), the control cabinet stops and the use is opposite.


Solution: according to the description of the float switch, that is, the water supply is normally closed, the drainage is normally open, and the floating ball line is reconnected.


2. Wrong connection of starter motor wire during star delta decompression


Phenomenon: the motor starts normally, but turns to run, the motor stops suddenly or the air switch is disconnected.


Solution: 1) turn to the motor in operation and check whether the wiring from the motor end to the control cabinet terminal conforms to the electrical circuit diagram according to the wiring diagram, and then readjust the wiring after verification.


2) Turn to the air switch off when running, and check whether the connecting copper on the motor terminal is removed completely or whether there is skin breakage in the middle of the connecting cable.


3. The starting torque of self coupling decompression is not enough


Phenomenon: the starting torque of the motor is not enough when starting the self coupling decompression starting box.


Solution: 1) check whether there is phase loss.


2) For heavy load start, change 65% tap of autotransformer to 80% tap. (65% for routine)


4. Under 15kw, one for use and one for standby direct starting cabinet can not be switched over.


Phenomenon: during the test of fault switching, one line of the coil of the main control AC contactor of the main water pump is removed arbitrarily, but it can not automatically switch to the standby pump.


Solution: for the fault signal of one in use and one standby control cabinet below 15kw, the normally open contact of thermal relay thermal induction is used as fault signal. During the fault switching of solid test, the lack of "97" and "98" of thermal relay will cause one person to be fault test.
