Micro air pump is often used in scientific research, medical treatment, laboratory, instrument and other industries to carry out object adsorption. However, there are many forms of micro air pump, such as micro vacuum pump, gas sampling pump, micro gas circulation pump, micro air pumping and pumping dual-purpose pump, etc?
When the micro vacuum pump is used for object adsorption, it is actually to suck the object after vacuumizing the suction cup with the pump. Therefore, it is necessary to select the real micro vacuum pump, such as VAA, PK, PC, VCA, VCH, pH and other products, but not the gas sampling pump.
How to calculate the suction force of the micro vacuum pump and the calculation formula are shown in:
1. In addition to considering the vacuum degree, we should also consider the area of the suction cup connected to the pump. Because the air pipe at the suction end of the pump is easy to leak, the suction cup is generally used to maintain the vacuum for object adsorption.
2. It depends on which way the object adsorbs
(1) Vertical adsorption
If it is a pump in the upper adsorption of objects, this way is the simplest.
The main reason is that the suction force provided by the pump resists the gravity of the object. You need to know the weight of your object and the area of the suction cup to be used (refers to the effective contact area with the object to be sucked),
Suction force = suction pressure * contact area
(unit: KGF, and the suction pressure is 0.01 * (100 vacuum degree (absolute pressure) of vacuum pump), the unit is kgf / cm2, and the contact area is in square centimeter)
Selection principle:
In this case, a suction cup of the same area,
① Pk5008 can be used if the adsorbed substance is light( www.weichengkj.com/PK.htm ): F = 0.01 * (100-50) * 1 = 0.5kgf/cm2, that is, 0.5kg/cm2 can be lifted;
② If it is medium weight, ph2506b, pc3025n can be selected( www.weichengkj.com/PC.htm ):
F1 = 0.01 * (100-25) * 1 = 0.75kgf/cm2
F2 = 0.01 * (100-30) * 1 = 0.70kgf/cm2
③ If it is heavy, vch1028 can be selected( www.weichengkj.com/VCH.htm ):
F = 0.01 * (100-10) * 1 = 0.9kgf/cm2, that is, 0.9kg/cm2 can be lifted;
Of course, for the same pump, we can also increase the number of suction cups to improve the whole suction force, but the corresponding time to achieve the desired suction force is also increased (because the number of suction cups increases, the volume to be pumped is also increased).
(2) Other methods (such as adsorption and fixation at the bottom of the object, adsorption on the side plane, etc.)
The situation is more complicated, because the pumping force provided by the pump opposes various forces, such as friction (related to the friction coefficient of the plane), etc., so it is necessary to put the pump into the system and test it in combination with specific conditions. Of course, the pump selection or can refer to the above principle: only leave some margin, need to be larger.
