1. The pump should be installed in a dry, well ventilated and clean place, and the ambient temperature should be between 5-40 ° C.
2. The pump should be installed on the foundation of concrete, and 5-10 cm groove should be left around to prevent oil and water from polluting the site when discharging water. There should also be space for maintenance, overhaul and disassembly.
3. When installing the pump, it should be leveled and then tightened with anchor screws. The connecting pipes between the oil-free vacuum pump and the system are metal bellows, rubber pipes or plastic hose lined with springs to improve the sealing of joints and reduce vibration.
4. The motor can be protected by connecting the power supply, grounding wire and fuse with appropriate capacity according to the motor label, and installing the corresponding thermal relay with the motor. The rotation direction of the motor shall be consistent with the arrow direction shown by the pump. At this time, the suction port of the pump should be inhaled, and it can be put into normal use after confirming that there is no error. The pump should not be continuously reversed to avoid damage to the pump and pump oil pollution system.
5. Install the water inlet pipe according to the specified mark and water quantity, and install the valve on the water inlet pipe to adjust the cooling water quantity.
6. Mineral oil vapor is harmful to health. There will be oil mist discharged during the exhaust process. When the gas is opened or the inlet pressure is higher, it is better to install a mist eliminator, and then use the exhaust pipe to lead away from the workplace. The outlet of the exhaust pipe should face down to avoid rain water entering. The pipe diameter should be in accordance with the standard. If it is small, it will increase the resistance.
7. The inner diameter of the intake pipe should not be less than φ 100, and it should be short and with few elbows to reduce the pumping loss.
8. In order to isolate the pump from the pumping system when it stops running, a vacuum stop valve should be installed on the intake pipe of the pump. In order to slow down the return oil when the pump is stopped, a manual air release valve is set between the pump port and the stop valve. If the shut-off valve is allowed to be fully opened and started by the pumped system, the vacuum shut-off solenoid valve with venting can be selected. With this valve, can be installed on the pump flange, should be installed horizontally.
If there is no difficulty in starting, the pump port can be sealed to start, otherwise the air can be pumped to start. When equipped with a vent valve, the pump can be stopped in a vacuum state, and then enlarge the air into the pump.
