1、 Daily maintenance
1) Check and adjust the oil level in crankcase to normal position.
2) Check and eliminate air leakage, water leakage and leakage.
3) Check and adjust the tension of V-belt to normal (press 15-25mm)
4) Keep the pump clean.
5) When it is found that the pump body overheating, abnormal sound and other abnormal conditions should be stopped in time for inspection.
2、 100 hour maintenance
In addition to the "routine maintenance" items, the following maintenance must be carried out:
1) For the first oil change, replace all lubricating oil in the crankcase after 100 hours of operation, and then replace it every 1000 hours. Oil drainage and cleaning must be carried out while the pump is shut down.
2) Open the valve cover, take out the valve piece, valve seat and spring, and clear the dirt on it. If abnormal wear is found, repair or replace it.
3) Check the tightness of fasteners, bolts, screws, nuts, belts, etc.
3、 1000 hours maintenance
In addition to completing the 100 hour maintenance project, you should also:
1) Check the cylinder bolts, connecting rod screws and nuts, piston rod nuts, belt pulley lock nuts, suction pipe screws and other screws for abnormal conditions.
2) Check the fit of valve plate and valve seat, grind and correct if necessary, and remove dirt at suction, exhaust passage, valve seat and valve cover.
3) Check the wear of cylinder inner wall, piston ring, crosshead and crosshead sliding sleeve, crosshead pin and connecting rod small end bearing bush, crank pin and connecting rod big end bearing bush, and replace them if necessary.
4) Check the gap between piston openings, and clean and remove the dirt in piston and piston ring groove.
5) Remove the deposits in the cylinder and parts.
4、 After 2000-2500 hours of operation, the pump should be overhauled. All parts and components should be cleaned and checked. The parts with serious wear should be replaced.
After overhaul, when the piston is at the top and bottom dead center position, the plane of both ends of the piston should be basically equal to the plane of the upper and lower end of the cylinder (within 0.5-0.8mm). The assembled pump should be put into operation after running for 1-2 hours to confirm that everything is normal. If the pump is ready to stop using for a long time, drain the lubricating oil and cooling water when the pump is shut down and wash the crankcase with clean lubricating oil. After injecting new lubricating oil, turn the crankshaft pulley for several turns by hand. Wrap the orifices of the pump with plastic cloth to prevent rainwater, dust and debris from falling into the pump. Loosen the V-belt. Store the slurry pump in a ventilated, dry and non corrosive gas In the covered place.
